Whether it is about putting something back into the game you love, progressing your career, helping out at your local club, or simply providing more support to your child, there is a reason for everyone to get involved in cricket coaching.
The ECB provides its own dedicated Coaches Association known as the ECB CA – click here for joining instructions and application form.
Here in Shropshire, we encourage all coaches to become members of the ECB CA.

Shropshire Cricket Coaches Association: (SCCA)
Every county has a vibrant coach’s network that provides support and ideas for cricket coaching.
Your ECB CA membership includes affiliation to a county CA who are tasked with supporting their local coaches with regular communications and organisation of local events and workshops.
SCCA provides a variety of events, workshops and service offerings with discounts to Shropshire affiliated ECB CA members.
The aim of the SCCA is to: support the development of cricket coaching across all stages of the cricket development pathway for the county of Shropshire.
The SCCA also assist Shropshire cricket coaches with things like DBS applications to advice and guidance on any coaching aspect.
SCCA has an active committee that meets on a regular basis – if you have something you would like to raise, please contact a committee member:
